Community Speed Watch

Community Speed Watch: Training will be given on the 3rd January at the United Reformed Church with the scheme going into action the the 7th January 2008. It is hoped this will encourage motorist to keep within the 20mph speed limit that is enforce through the village of Kilby.

Vandalism in the Village

One youth had been interviewed and had admitted his involvement in all the crime and disorder incidents reported with the exception of the broken window.

The general view was that such incidents had reduced but there were still occasional reports of nuisance behaviour. The Police would be returning to Kilby again with their Neighbourhood Police van to allow the reporting and discussion of any incidents.
